Episode 7 was originally the bonus subscriber-only episode for season one subscribers, back when the series used a subscription model.
The story features Rocco, the Philadelphia mobster who is given the task of tracking, finding, and killing Sam and Rachel as retribution for the con they attempted to pull on Little Vincent. It is a task he knows is fraught with high risk but also high reward.
If he finds these grifters, he can write his own ticket with the mob capo.
If he fails, though, he could very well disappear.
That is why he will never relent.
