I will be in Leavenworth, WA, tomorrow (Saturday) the 17th for an event called Book Buzz at A Book for All Seasons (703 Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington). The event goes from 1 PM to 3 PM.
The event will also feature authors Jesse E. Freels and David B. Williams. Jesse is a fellow mystery writer. His books are young adult and feature 15-year-old Coug Hawkins, a kid who finds himself in the middle of a murder mystery at Foxbluff Lake. And near as I can tell, David Williams writes natural history books.
The Book Buzz itself sounds like a fun concept, a little different than your average bookstore appearance. Customers get a punch card, they talk to each author and get their cards punched.
